Our Story

We didn’t start Centrum Technology Group because we saw a market opportunity. We started it because we kept seeing the same thing — mid-market businesses getting underserved by partners who were either too big to care or too inexperienced to deliver.

Between our team, we’ve spent over 25 years inside Microsoft Dynamics environments. We’ve implemented systems for professional services firms, manufacturers, distributors, nonprofits, and financial services companies across the Midwest and beyond. We’ve seen implementations done right and we’ve been called in to fix ones that went wrong.

After decades of working inside larger organizations, we reached the same conclusion independently — the mid-market deserved better. Better expertise. Better accountability. A partner who showed up like the engagement actually mattered. Because it does.

The mid-market ERP space has a specific problem that doesn’t get talked about enough.

Enterprise businesses have dedicated IT teams, internal ERP specialists, and the budget to throw resources at implementation challenges when they arise. Small businesses have simpler needs and simpler systems. But mid-market companies, the $10M to $200M businesses that are complex enough to need real ERP but lean enough to feel every dollar spent, often end up with partners who treat them like a smaller version of an enterprise client or a larger version of a small business.

Neither works.

Centrum Technology Group is based in the Midwest and primarily serves mid-market businesses across the United States. While our roots are regional, our client work spans industries and geographies, because great ERP implementation expertise doesn’t need to be local to be personal.
